LUCY KUMAR, MDpediatricsWe are pleased to have Dr. P. Lucy Kumar as a recent addition to our Medical Care pediatrics staff. Dr. Kumar was a practicing physician in India for nine years before coming to the United States. She completed an additional residency in pediatrics at Creighton University in Nebraska in 1984. Since then, she has worked as a clinical pediatrician and as an assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics at ETSU for many years. |

Medical Care is a multi-specialty family practice clinic offering services in: Family Practice, General Practice, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Gynecology, and Pediatrics. Medical Care has a well trained staff of doctors, physician extenders, nurses, and office staff that provide the highest level of health care service to the Tri-Cities area.
