How do I get a prescription refill? How do I get a prescription refill?Online prescription refill requests are now available. Visit the Make Refill Request section of our site to make your request. Please allow 72 hours for your request to be processed. Pain medications may not be refilled online. An appointment with your provider will be necessary. How do I make an appointment?To make an appointment, you can Request an Appointment Online or you may call us at one of our three locations.
On my first visit what should I bring?Please bring your insurance cards, medications or a list of medications, and a picture ID every time you come in for an appointment. We accept most insurance, including most private insurances, Bluecare, and Tenncare Select. We accept cash patients and provide a discount. We also accept worker compensation. We do not accept new patients with AmeriChoice (John Deere Tenncare) and PHP Tenncare. |
